For purchases made directly at www.resperate-uk.co.uk (or through the Peak Nutrition Order Line) we guarantee that if you use RESPeRATE as recommended and do not see a reduction in your blood pressure, you may return RESPeRATE within 2 months of delivery and we will refund the purchase price less shipping. We ask that all returns include the original packaging with the unaltered product serial number and UPC barcode on the RESPeRATE box.

Please note you should ensure you use the unit for 45 minutes per week (effective exercise time) for at least 5 weeks before returning the unit to us unless medical conditions prevent you. This ensures that you have truly used the device as directed. We do check the statistics recorded on the machine to ensure this occurs. If we find that you have not used the device as instructed (45 minutes effective exercise time per week for at least 5 weeks) then we reserve the right to apply a £35.00 administration fee.

Please note that you must request an Returns Note through our Customer Support Area and that unauthorised returns maybe subject to an administration charge.
